i took like three solid days to get my body

to sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain time

i kind of figured why i was having this problem sleeping

i think its because my mind was not at peace

i was stress and i kept thinking very negative

i got to stop thinking negative

i caught a fever and flu.

which was quite bad
